Steak and Asparagus
Nothing better than a good steak with asparagus! This is the perfect paleo/keto dish to make your mouth water every time! Packed with protein, plenty of healthy fats and total net carbs under 12! It is truly unlike any other experience when you cook the steak right, get a good sear and have the perfect texture to the asparagus! The tip is to get a thick steak, cook to only 135 internal temp and then let it rest. Then make sure the asparagus is cooked quickly, but just enough until you can poke them with a fork. Enjoy!
