While these can easily be broken up into smaller servings, the entire thing is still GREAT as a high protein and lower calorie option! This is a ton of food and is SUPER filling. I personally remember having regular pudding growing up and loving the taste and feeling, so this was a wild revisit. People have told me they used to miss “unhealthy” foods, but this has been one of several that helps to reach both calorie and protein goals! Have fun making this one!
